Lenell Geter's Mission
Lenell Geter's mission is to help ten thousands parents to remove obstacles and threats to their children lives, so that children may graduate from high school and cultivate a crime-free record, which would qualify them to enter the workforce, join the military, continue a post-secondary degree or start a business.
To realize his mission, Lenell Geter has decided to launch the Employer Sponsored Family Coaching (ESFC) program, which is an education program that supports a company's vision and its employees family concerns. Working parents concerns can be met because this program helps their children learn to work through problems so that parents can see their children earn an education, remain safe and learn problems intervention skills.
The ESFC webinar program is informative, flexible and fun. The program works this way: employees may receive training over the internet by Lenell Geter or one of his coaches at work or in the privacy of their homes. Lenell's program offers a personal touch as it works to bring youth and teens lives to a benchmark where they can succeed.

Employer Sponsored Family Coaching addresses disharmony in the workforce because it offers an option that benefits the employee's children. When children do not get constant family feedback, support, and interaction, the result is a family plagued with discord and dissension.
